Sheren Compton LeBlanc
Sheren is an adjunct CMM150 lecturer with experience teaching Intro to Public Speaking and other communication courses at several colleges. Her background includes an M.A. degree in Organizational Communication, B.A. in Speech Communication with Minors in Spanish and Business from Western Kentucky University. Before settling on the Eastern Shore, she lived in Iran, Venezuela and the Bahamas. Her passion for travel has taken her, literally, around the world. She is active in education advocacy and community engagement in Baldwin County. Some of her volunteer work has included Spanish Fort Education Enrichment Foundation President, Steering Committees on both Vote Yes Penny Sales Tax and Invest in Progress Campaigns, Yes We Can Initiative, and as a founding member of the Baldwin County Education Coalition. Sheren works part-time for the Coalition and enjoys time spent with her husband and family.
